IMPORTANT POINTS THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR ipay.adp.com ACCESS!!

• If you have not logged in to your ipay.adp.com account within the last 45 days, YOU WILL HAVE TO HAVE YOUR PASSWORD RESET!
  
  
• To have your password reset, please email Sheila here.
  She will be able to get to you faster with an email than with a phone call.
  
  
• Your password will be emailed to you anywhere from 24 to 48 hours at the email address used when you registered on ipay.
  
  
• If you need to change or update your email address tell Sheila that when you contact her or she will not know to update it for you.
  
  
• All W2s will be available at ipay.adp.com no later than January 31
  
  
• If you have friends or family that have worked with any of the Pezold Companies PLEASE help them out & pass this information on to them!
  
  

TO ACCESS YOUR PAYSTUB AND W-2 ONLINE FOLLOW THESE STEPS.

Go to https://ipay.adp.com
1. Register Now.
2. Enter Registration Pass Code: PAY1-PCSDKC.
3. Click on Next.
4. Enter First name and Last as shown on Employee record.
5. Enter Last 4 of Social Security Number.
6. Confirm last 4 of Social Security Number.
7. Enter Date of Birth.
8. Enter Home Zip Code.
9. Click on Next.
10. Enter email address.
11. Phone number is optional.
12. Enter your Security Information (ANSWERS ARE CASE SENSITIVE).
13. Your User ID: will appear WRITE THIS DOWN AND REMEMBER IT.
*Most User IDs are your 1st initial of your first name and your last name @pay1 [EXAMPLE: JDoe@pay1 ]
*When there are multiple employees with the same first initial and last name, a number is put after the last name.
[EXAMPLE: JWilliams1@pay1, JWilliams2@pay1, JWilliams3@pay1, ... ]
14. Create a password and confirm password (THIS PASSWORD IS CASE SENSITIVE).
15. Click Submit.
16. You can now Log on to access your paystub and/or your W2.
